Engine Features

The recently launched Avenger 85 engine delivers authentic 85cc displacement with a precision-engineered 52mm bore and 40mm stroke. This powerhouse features enhanced cooling through expanded cooling fin surface area on the cylinder and an enlarged cooling area on the cylinder head for superior heat dissipation.

Performance enhancements include enclosed transfer ports with generous radii for improved mid-range power, an increased intake port opening paired with a new intake manifold for optimal sealing, and a widened exhaust port with broader 52mm bolt spacing. The single-ring, lightweight piston design maximizes power output for an unmatched riding experience.

STAGE 1

Our Stage 1 85cc Avenger engines feature copper gaskets with precisely adjusted squish (0.8-1.2mm). Partnered with OLYIN, we deliver unique components for exceptional performance straight out of the box.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 engines include a 2mm composite spacer that increases timing for enhanced performance. The cylinder is machined with adjusted squish (0.8-1.2mm), typically delivering a 4-5 MPH increase in top speed. This offers the best performance-to-cost ratio available.

Stage 2 Includes:

• 2mm Composite Spacer (adjusts port and exhaust timing)
• Machined cylinder with optimized squish
• Copper Head Gasket
