Avenger 85 Engine Only

Stage 1 Stock Assembled Engine: The Avenger 85 engine in Stage 1 is now available in a stock assembled configuration. This version retains all the features of the Stage 1 Engine Only but comes fully assembled for added convenience. This engine package is designed to deliver optimal performance for enthusiasts seeking a hassle-free upgrade.

Stage 2 Performance Modified Engine: The Avenger 85 engine, in its Stage 2 Performance Modified configuration, introduces a base gasket to increase port timing, resulting in a noticeable boost in power and speed. Additionally, the cylinder is shortened to reset squish clearance, ensuring combustion efficiency.

This modification is available for a limited time and comes with the following components:

1. AV85 Intake
2. Exhaust Gasket and Bolts
3. Spark Plug

Features:

1. 52mm bore and 40mm stroke for a true 85cc displacement.
2. Additional cooling fins on the cylinder for improved heat dissipation.
3. Increased cooling area on the cylinder head.
4. Transfer ports with large radius for enhanced mid-range power.
5. Larger intake port opening with a new manifold for proper sealing.
6. Enlarged exhaust port with a wider 52mm bolt spacing.

The Stage 2 Performance Modified Engine includes upgraded components: OLYIN Hardened Bevel Gear, High-Speed Crank Pin Bearing, YD85CC Balance Crankshaft, and a 420+OHM Magneto Coil and Magnet.
